Vegan Pepperoni Pizza

Last night I had a craving for some pizza. Since I wanted pizza quickly, I used an already made crust by Rustic Crust that is made from all natural ingredients. The crust has 5 servings ....per serving it is 130 calories, 1g sugar, and 5g protein. I used an organic pizza sauce I found at Whole foods. I then added some garlic, olives, pineapple, and a little bit of Daiya mozerella cheese. To top off the whole pizza I added some Yves pepperoni slices. They looked weird compared to the meat pepperoni, but it tasted exactly the same as pepperoni. I baked it all in the oven at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. The dough came out crunchy which my husband likes. I like to have a softer dough so I think I should cook it less next time or make some pizza dough from scratch. At least the pizza was really yummy and I also got full from it really quick.

Always read the ingredients to everything you buy! I noticed the Yves pepperoni said in the ingredients that it may contain egg. It is manufactured in a facility that uses egg ingredients. I also think I should limit the amount of the processed "meats" I find. The pepperoni had a lot of ingredients I didn't recognize. Scary.
