The Riblet is Back!

Craving some McRib, but don't want all the calories and the fat? Try this amazingly yummy version my husband created for me.

My husband has been craving the McRib since it's been back, but now that he's been trying out eating vegan on weekdays he created his own version. He got a whole wheat bun (try to get one without egg and milk in it.....if not then no biggie...just try your best), dill pickle chips, diced onions and the main ingredient.......Morning Star's Hickory BBQ Riblets. It took at most 5 minutes for him to compile this lovely treat together.

It was so amazing that you could fool anybody into thinking they were eating meat! We were also happy we didn't have that in a daze coma feeling we used to get after eating fast food. I suggest to eat this only when craving the McRib and to not eat it too often because it does have high sugar amount thanks to the BBQ sauce.
